What is Yinly?

Yinly is a daily-chart signal tool for stock swing traders. It helps you review potential swing trade setups with B and S markers on the chart. One paid membership includes Discord chart requests and the TradingView indicator.

Which stocks and timeframes does Yinly support?

The TradingView indicator supports stocks available on TradingView and must be used on the daily (1D) timeframe. Discord chart requests currently support US stocks, subject to data availability, and also use daily candles. The default Discord chart shows 70 trading days; that is the chart window, not a different timeframe.

How do I get Discord access?

You can join the Yinly server using Discord in the navigation, even before subscribing. Joining does not unlock member channels. After purchasing, activate your Yinly website account and connect Discord in My Account so we can verify your subscription and assign the Yinly Member role. You do not need a second subscription. If account connection is unavailable, contact support@getyinly.com for manual setup.

Do I need a TradingView account to use Discord?

No. You only need a TradingView account if you want to use the TradingView indicator. You can add your TradingView username later in My Account without buying another Yinly membership.

When are signals confirmed?

Signals are confirmed when the daily candle closes. While the candle is still forming, signals may appear or disappear. Once confirmed, they remain unchanged.

Does Yinly repaint after a signal is confirmed?

No. Once the daily candle closes and a B or S marker is confirmed, that marker stays unchanged. Signals can still appear or disappear before the daily candle closes.

Is Yinly financial advice?

No. Yinly is educational software for reviewing chart signals. It does not provide financial advice, guarantee results, or tell you what to buy or sell.

How long does it take to get access to the Yinly indicator?

TradingView indicator access is granted manually, usually within 48 hours after your payment is confirmed and you provide your TradingView username. You'll need your own TradingView account to use it.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log in to your Yinly account, select Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in Stripe's customer portal.

Can I get a refund?

Membership payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. That covers both your first payment and every renewal, so cancelling before a renewal is how you stop the next charge. Preview is free and optional, and using it or skipping it does not change this either way. Confirmed billing errors, such as a duplicate charge, are corrected separately — email support@getyinly.com.
