This policy is part of the Yinly Terms of Service.
When you subscribe, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. We will charge your payment method the price of the plan you chose, at the start of each billing period, automatically, at the then-current price, until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
We will email you a receipt after every charge. If we ever change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price only applies from your next billing period — so you always have time to cancel first.
Log in to your Yinly account, select Manage billing, and follow the cancellation steps in Stripe's customer portal. Cancelling is self-serve and available whenever you want it. We do not require you to contact us, speak to anyone, explain yourself, or pass through a retention offer in order to cancel.
If you cannot log in, or the Manage billing button is not available to you, email support@getyinly.com from the address on your account and we will cancel for you.
What happens when you cancel:
Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund. Cancelling only stops future charges. What happens to a payment you have already made is Section 3, and Section 4 if the charge itself was a mistake.
Membership payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. This applies both to the first payment that starts your membership and to every renewal payment after it.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee, a refund period, or a trial of the paid indicator. In particular, we do not refund a payment because:
What you can do instead is stop the next charge. Cancellation is self-serve, takes effect immediately for future payments, and we email a receipt after every charge, so a renewal is never the first you hear of it (Sections 1 and 2).
This section is about voluntary refunds only. It does not affect Section 4 (billing errors), Section 5 (access that is not delivered), Section 6 (if we end the Service) or Section 8 (your statutory rights).
A billing error is not a refund request, and we do not apply Section 3 to one. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after your cancellation had taken effect, or charged at a new price without the notice described in Section 1, email support@getyinly.com and tell us what you are looking at. The date, the amount, and the receipt number or the last four digits of the card help us find it.
We check the charge against our records and Stripe's. Where we confirm an error, we correct it — for a confirmed duplicate charge, by returning the duplicated amount.
Whether you used the indicator makes no difference to this. A confirmed duplicate charge is money taken for something you did not buy twice, and use of the Service is not a reason for us to keep it.
We do not set a deadline for reporting a billing error, and we do not promise a fixed turnaround for investigating one. We will tell you what we find either way.
Section 3 states that we do not give voluntary refunds. It is not a claim that we may keep money whatever happens, and it does not displace an obligation we have under the law.
If you pay for a membership and the indicator access is not put in place, email support@getyinly.com and tell us what is missing. We will look into it and work to put the access in place, and we will tell you what we find.
Where access cannot be delivered, what you are owed is what applicable law provides in that situation. We review those cases individually, on their own facts, rather than by applying Section 3 to them — see Section 8. This policy deliberately does not set an amount, a formula, or a time limit for them: either would risk promising less than the law requires in one place, or more than we can stand behind in another.
This is about non-delivery. It is not a satisfaction refund, and it does not reopen Section 3.
If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will give you reasonable notice by email.
This policy does not set out a fixed entitlement for the part of a billing period we would not go on to deliver, and it does not claim that we may simply keep that money. What is owed depends on applicable law and on the circumstances at the time. We will review it and tell you where you stand. Section 8 applies.
If something is wrong with a charge, email support@getyinly.com and we will look into it. Contacting us first gives us the chance to find a billing error and correct it directly (Section 4).
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first freezes the funds during the bank's investigation, and we may suspend access while a dispute is open. We reserve the right to decline future subscriptions from accounts that have filed fraudulent chargebacks.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country or state that cannot be waived by agreement — including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right, and any right to a refund for a service that is faulty or not as described. Where such a right gives you more than this policy does, that right applies, and the conditions in this policy do not apply to it.
In particular:
If you think you have a right of this kind, email support@getyinly.com and say so. We look at those requests on their own terms rather than applying Section 3 to them.
Preview is free, optional, and separate from a paid membership. It gives an existing TradingView account five days of access to the Yinly Preview indicator, counted from when we actually grant that access — not from when you submit a request and not from when you verify your email address. It shows historical signals from the past twelve months, with the most recent thirty days hidden, and it does not include alerts. It is available once per email address and once per TradingView username. It is a limited look at the indicator, not a trial of the full paid indicator.
Preview does not change this policy. The same terms apply to your membership payments whether you used Preview before buying or bought without it. Preview itself costs nothing, so there is nothing about it to refund.
