Read this before subscribing. It describes what Yinly is, what it is not, and the risks of using it.
Yinly LLC publishes a technical-analysis indicator that draws visual markers on daily stock price charts inside the TradingView platform. A confirmed marker identifies a completed price pattern that has already occurred in the price data of whatever symbol you choose to apply the indicator to. Section 7 explains when a marker is provisional and when it is confirmed.
Everything Yinly provides is for educational and informational purposes only.
Yinly does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing Yinly publishes — on our website, in the indicator, in alert messages, in emails, or in support correspondence — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or a recommendation that any security or strategy is suitable for you.
The indicator applies the same fixed, mechanical rules to every chart, for every subscriber, everywhere — the rules are built into the software and run identically for everyone. We describe how the markers behave; we do not publish the full formulas, which remain our trade secret. It does not know and never asks about:
Because Yinly has no knowledge of your situation, nothing it produces can be suitable or unsuitable for you — those words have no meaning without the information above, which we deliberately do not collect. Any decision to act on what you see is entirely your own, made on your own analysis and responsibility.
Yinly LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any state securities regulator, or any comparable authority in any other jurisdiction as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. No Yinly personnel are registered in any such capacity.
We do not manage money. We do not have custody of, access to, or authority over any account, asset, or fund belonging to you. We never place trades, and we cannot place trades.
The letters are labels for pattern types, not instructions.
A confirmed marker is a description of price action that has already happened. It is not a forecast, a prediction, or a statement that price will move in any direction afterwards. Markets frequently move against any given pattern, and often do so immediately.
You may configure TradingView to send you an alert when a marker appears. An alert is a notification that the pattern condition occurred — nothing more. An alert set to fire before the daily candle closes may refer to a provisional marker that later disappears (see Section 7).
Yinly makes no claim about how well the indicator performs. We do not publish and will not publish a win rate, hit rate, accuracy figure, return, profit figure, or any comparable measure, and we do not claim that using Yinly will improve your results or make you money.
Any past pattern, backtest, illustration, or chart image shown in our marketing is presented to demonstrate how markers are placed, not how well they performed.
The product demonstration on our homepage is a screen recording of TradingView's Bar Replay stepping the indicator through real historical daily price data for QQQ. The prices in it are market data, not simulated or invented data. It is nonetheless a replay, and a replay is three things it might be mistaken for and is not:
Whatever a recording shows, the behaviour in Section 7 is what governs a chart you are actually watching: a marker on a daily candle that is still forming is provisional, it can appear and disappear before the close, and only the daily close settles it.
If we ever present the indicator's output as a record of what subscribers actually received at a past time, we will say so plainly and show what the version live at that time displayed. Nothing we publish today is that record.
Past price behaviour does not indicate future results.
We also do not claim, and you should not attribute to us, any special expertise, professional credential, or qualification in investing or trading. Yinly is a software publisher. Nothing about the product should be read as the judgment of an investment expert, because no such judgment is involved: the markers are the output of fixed rules applied by software.
If you encounter anyone — including an affiliate, reseller, reviewer, or community member — presenting a Yinly performance claim, profit guarantee, or income promise, it is unauthorised and you should not rely on it. Please report it to support@getyinly.com.
Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the complete loss of the money you put at risk, and in some circumstances losses exceeding your initial investment. Leverage, margin, options, and short selling increase these risks significantly.
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely. Most retail traders lose money. There is no method, tool, indicator, or system — including Yinly — that removes this risk or reliably predicts market direction.
Price data, charts, and alert delivery are provided by TradingView, not by Yinly. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of that data, or for whether an alert is delivered, delayed, or missed. Yinly does not redistribute market data.
The indicator may contain errors. Data feeds contain errors. Markers may fail to appear, may appear late, or may be affected by data corrections, splits, dividends, halts, or symbol changes. Do not rely on the tool being available, correct, or timely.
Provisional and confirmed markers. Yinly is designed for daily charts. A provisional marker can appear while the current daily candle is still forming, and it can disappear before that candle closes. Signals are confirmed at the daily candle's close and remain unchanged once confirmed. Do not treat a marker on a still-open candle as a confirmed signal. That a marker can be visible during the trading day does not mean the indicator supports intraday chart timeframes; it does not.
Once a daily candle has closed, the indicator does not retroactively add, move, or remove markers on it. Separately from that live behaviour, what you see on a chart's history can still change for three mechanical reasons: if the data provider corrects historical prices, the indicator recomputes from the corrected data; the charting platform limits how many marker labels one chart can display, so on very long histories the oldest markers fall off the left edge; and when we release a new version of the indicator (see the Terms of Service), the new rules are applied to the entire price history, so historical markers can differ from what an earlier version displayed at the time. None of these is an editorial revision of past output.
Before making any investment decision, consult a licensed financial adviser, broker, attorney, or tax professional who is qualified in your jurisdiction and who knows your circumstances. Yinly is not a substitute for that advice and does not attempt to be.
